Randolph Reynolds has been a member of the Board since 2005. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky, USA. Mr. Reynolds is a member of the Audit Committee. He is currently the President of Industrial Advisors Services, Inc., an international business management company in Richmond, Virginia, USA. His career started at Reynolds Metals Company in 1969 and lasted until 2000 when Alcoa purchased the company and he retired as Vice Chairman and Executive Officer. He also served on the Board of Directors for Reynolds Metals Company from 1984 until 2000. Mr. Reynolds was previously a member of the Board of Directors of First Union National Bank. He currently serves on the Boards of the Greater Richmond Chapter of the American Red Cross and The Carpenter Company.
