NLMK’S registrar restructured
On 19 March, 2009 the entity maintaining NLMK’s securities register, R-Stinol, was restructured. The registrar joined the Regional Independent Registrars agency.
This agency is a legal successor of R-Stinol in the universal succession order for all the property, rights and obligations of R-Stinol, including for all the contracts concluded by R-Stinol.
